• Finality of Donations: All donations processed through the platform are considered final and voluntary. Refund requests are only reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of an undisputed system/transaction error.
• Tax Exemption (80G): Donors seeking tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (India) must provide valid personal information, including their PAN Card details, at the time of donation. The foundation is not responsible for tax claims rejected due to inaccurate donor information.
• Use of Funds: The foundation pledges to deploy all raised funds towards our dedicated service wings (such as Arogya-Dhaathree, Vidya-Dhaathree, Vana-Dhaathree, etc.) based on program requirements.

3. Volunteer & Member Conduct

Users who register as volunteers, members, or sponsors agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information in registration forms.
• Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Avoid using automated software (bots, crawlers) to disrupt website services or retrieve database information illegally.
